Raise the Bar’s coached workouts are designed to improve technique and build speed and endurance. Athletes can swim once or twice per week and can join mid-session for session pricing. - $7/swim for team athletes, $8.75/swim for non-team athletes.
Coaches on deck are invested in the success of our athletes. Typically triathletes that train with a group make better progress than those that train alone. Beginning swimmers are encouraged to swim in our Saturday morning technique classes found Here.

We have heard this complaint often about the Tues/Thurs 6AM workout. If the morning
wake-up is the ONLY thing keeping you away from this workout, you should know that
there is an energetic, driven group of athletes that show up consistently to workout
at that time. And most of them have been doing it for a few years now!!
