The Lake Meridian training program offers the option of Swim, bike, and run training
each night or a swim-only option. The times and cost are the same as the full program
and are run concurrently.
The swim-only option will include instruction and practice on in sighting, swimming
around buoys, fighting anxiety, swimming in a straight line, and other open water
skills. It will also include speed and endurance training, as well as mass starts.
3 simulated races will happen on 7/2, 7/23, and 8/6
Online registration encouraged. On-site registration accepted on a space-available
basis.
