Many team members attend RTB’s Coached Swim and Run Workouts.  There are also a number of workouts during the week on the RTB Calendar.  Look for the selection to grow after the holidays.  If you have a workout in mind you’d like to invite friends to, email Kathy.  If you’d like to see an RTB workout materialize, send Kathy your ideas!
