Spring training at Raise the Bar focuses on base and strength building in all three disciplines of triathlon.  Training sessions accommodate all levels of ability, so if you’re wondering if you would be a good fit in a particular workout or session, the answer is almost always YES!  If you’re wondering about your special situation, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

 

 

Swim, Bike, and Run Training is happening RIGHT NOW and for the remainder of the winter session which ends on June 19.  If you are interested in jumping in mid-session,
