Spring training at Raise the Bar focuses on base and strength building in all three disciplines of triathlon. Training sessions accommodate all levels of ability, so if you’re wondering if you would be a good fit in a particular workout or session, the answer is almost always YES! Swim, Bike, and Run Training is happening RIGHT NOW and for the remainder of the
