Raise the Bar manages both a triathlon team and a running team from our home office in Covington, Washington. We welcome any adult of any level of experience. In 2010, our triathlon team will be racing to fight heart disease with the premier sponsorship of the Hope Heart Institute!
RTB is a curiously strong, connected, growing community of athletes. We live as far north as Everett,and as far south as Tacoma.
